The sauna requires a 240 V outlet with a dedicated circuit.

Very little. Choose a level, firm spot (concrete, pavers, compacted gravel, or a code-rated deck) and have a licensed electrician run a dedicated 240V line to that location. The unit is delivered fully assembled; you or your contractor handles placement and electrical hookup. No plumbing or construction required.

The sauna is designed for outdoor use and can be installed on any level surface: in your backyard, patio, on a deck, by a pool, or in a garden.

No special foundation is required, but a level, stable surface is recommended for optimal installation.

Requirements vary by city/county. The pre-built sauna itself doesn’t require a building permit, but installing a 240V dedicated circuit for the 9 kW heater typically requires an electrical permit and inspection. HOAs, landlords, and commercial sites may have additional rules. Please check with your local building/electrical authority; we’ll provide all specs for your licensed electrician.

Yes. Our saunas are fully mobile and can be relocated with proper transportation.

We use the premium HUUM Drop 9kW electric heater from Estonia, which can hold up to 55 kg of stones and is controlled via a mobile app.

The sauna uses a 9 kW electric heater. During heat-up, it draws near full 9 kW; once at temperature, it cycles on/off, averaging ~3–5 kW depending on insulation, weather, and door openings. Expect about 9–16 kWh for a 1–2 hour session—roughly $1.35–$2.40 at $0.15/kWh.

From a cold start, the HUUM Drop 9 heater brings the sauna to full temperature in about 1 hour, depending on outdoor conditions and preferred heat level.

Very low. After each session, prop the door open to dry and wipe benches. Clean the interior periodically with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner (no harsh chemicals or pressure washing) and clean the glass as needed. Every 6–12 months, re-stack and replace any cracked stones and lightly sand stains on benches. Have a licensed electrician inspect connections annually.

All saunas include a one-year warranty on the heater.

Control is managed through the HUUM smartphone app, allowing you to preheat your sauna from anywhere, as well as manual controls on the unit.

The HUUM heater comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. We provide technical support and can arrange repairs or replacements as needed. Most issues can be diagnosed remotely through the mobile app.

Our saunas are built for durability, but in extreme weather zones, additional anchoring may be recommended.

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our saunas, all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
